Bio
Composer, engineer, violinist and teacher, he was born in Bucharest in 1978. Introduced to the study of the violin since he was a child under the guidance of his father, he was later admitted to the Conservatory "A. Casella" of L'Aquila, where, in the class of M° Fulvio Leofreddi, he completed his studies in violin, graduating in 1998. Alongside his musical studies, he also studied science, graduating in 2005 in Civil Engineering-Architecture with top marks and honors, and developing as his thesis the architectural project of an auditorium for symphonic music. His interest in composition began during his middle school years, and gradually developed, albeit self-taught, and almost always remaining relegated to the background of his other activities. In 2014 he enrolled again at the Conservatory "A. Casella" of L'Aquila, with the intention of developing his passion for composition, and was admitted to the class of M° Marco Della Sciucca. He obtained the 1st Level Degree in Composition with full marks and honors (2019) writing a Symphony in two Movements (and five parts) as his thesis. In 2021 he also obtained the 2nd Level Specialist Degree in Composition with full marks, honors and mention, writing a Double Concerto for Bayan as his thesis.
